As we prepare for our Radeon VII launch review and video, we spoke with partners today about getting hold of custom versions of cards for follow up reviews. Every AMD partner we have spoken to at this point has told us that they will not be releasing custom versions of the Radeon VII, with one partner even indicating that AMD have restricted the releases to strictly reference BBA cards.

We don't blame you if you missed the 'announced' death of GPP - the news appeared on a blog post on the Nvidia website (a blog post, seriously). Leo also discusses AMD going after ASROCK to find out how Tomshardware got a 580 GPU sample. The hot topics of the day are Nvidia GPP, and the possibility that Nvidia have forced some rules onto industry behemoth ASUS (as well as Gigabyte and MSI of course). He also discusses the unpleasant shortage of graphics cards - but is it actually the distributors who are holding stock to keep the prices inflated? Rumours have been circulating behind the scenes this week and its a juicy one.
