Leo is back after a brief hiatus and this week he has a lot of topics to discuss. He discusses the post I made a few weeks ago as well as VOX Media taking on BitWit for a takedown on their 'build a PC video' from months ago. It failed. Leo also discusses Intel's new W3175X £3,000 processor, the ROG Dominus motherboard, G.Skill's new high capacity memory kits and many other topics. It's a good video, even by LEO's standards.

No custom Radeon VII at launch, AMD say partners free to make them

As we prepare for our Radeon VII launch review and video, we spoke with partners today about getting hold of custom versions of cards for follow up reviews. Every AMD partner we have spoken to at this point has told us that they will not be releasing custom versions of the Radeon VII, with one partner even indicating that AMD have restricted the releases to strictly reference BBA cards.

Briony Games (livestream) – Ep 1: PC Building Simulator !

In the first of our new 'Briony Games' series - reviewer and gaming addict Briony Hannam takes a look at 'PC Building Simulator' - a new title which is designed to let people build their own virtual PC system. It could be used as a way of checking how a rig looks before buying the real, physical components online. Briony had never loaded this simulator before producing this video - it was recorded live as she played about with the software herself at home.

Today she showcases a 30 minute update on her original 2 hr 30 minute 'build' video - she has made some changes - a new graphics card, some changes to her cable management layout and she has gotten hold of the latest Corsair software which she demos in the video.
