Sapphire HD6970 Battlefield 3 Flex Edition Review (Limited Edition)

Battlefield 3 debuts the new Frostbite 2 engine. The updated Frostbite 2 engine can realistically portray the destruction of buildings and scenery to a greater extent than previous versions. Unlike previous iterations, the new version will be able to support dense urban areas.

We tested this game in Eyefinity -with three screens running at 5760×1080 resolution.

Settings are shown above.

Battlefield 3 looks fantastic across three screens although the other cards struggle to maintain perfectly smooth frame rates at this resolution and image quality settings. The Sapphire HD6970 BF3 Edition is ideal for these settings.
