CINEBENCH is available for both Windows and OS X and is used by almost all hardware manufacturers and trade journals for comparing CPUs and graphics cards.

The final score of 557 points slots the reference clocked 4690 in between the 4670K @ 4ghz and the i5 4430 at reference clock speeds. A Core i5 processor is not the ideal first choice for intensive 3D duties.
