Living in Japan, English is often used in advertising, but often (usually) doesn't make sense.
But English looks "cool," and most people around the world (especially in east Asia) understand the word "goal." It's repeated and could be inspiring, and may create an association in peoples minds with AMD.
Understanding it is not the point at all! And the fact we are having this discussion shows AMD have achieved their "goal" of drawing attention to themselves!
Well, that's my take.
