On the odd chance that anyone in the Kitguru Comunity owns a HTC Wildfire S, I'll post this guide that I created on XDA Dev Forums!

Custom Theme Created for M1ndh4x8r's Brilliant GB2.3.5-EU Rom, which can be found HERE.
Is Compatible with Stock HTC Wildfire S 2.3.5 ROM (Tested Stable)

- If you haven't already, you need to Unlock the bootloader of your HTC Wildfire S (You can accomplish this by following the instructions on THIS thread)
- You then need to Install Clockwork Recovery Mod (Latest Version), put THIS in root of your sd-card, remove and re-insert the battery, then press Vol- and Power (Should install automatically, don't bother un-zipping it) Credits to alquez HERE
- (OPTIONAL) Flash M1ndh4x8r's Brilliant GB2.3.5-EU Rom HERE.
- Copy The Theme file (ElectricFire.zip) to the root of your SD-Card.
- Boot into HBoot(By removing and re-inserting the battery, then booting with Vol- and Power), Give it a couple seconds to do it's thing, Scroll down to Recovery (Select it).
- Scroll Down to "- Install zip from sdcard" (Select it).
- Select "- Choose zip from sdcard "
- Select ElectricFire.zip from the SDcard's root folder and watch the magic!
- Navigate back to the Main menu and reboot the phone.
- ???
- Profit.
