I bought these headphones after Sahara provided a link a while back.

They have brought a new level of immersion to gaming (I use the 7.1 setting) The software recreates very accurate positional sound which is great in all games especially FPS and Skyrim which I'm currently playing.

Can't comment about the mic. as I don't use it, and use my Art Technicas for music.

For gaming these are an excellent choice and a very fair price too.

It's the first time I've experienced really convincing full surround from a pair of cans.
