HTC and Verizon announce Droid Incredible 4G LTE

While we don't often focus on the phone market on the other side of the Atlantic this definitely caught our eye this morning. Today at CTIA, HTC and Verizon annoucned the latest phone in its Droid Incredible series, the Droid Incredible 4G LTE.

Being manufactured by HTC in partnership with Verizon the latest Incredible shares some notable similarities with the One series of phones while maintaining the traditional Droid Incredible styling.

Here are some specs:

  • 4 inch Super LCD qHD (960×540) display
  • 1.2 GHz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor
  • 8 MP camera capable of shooting 1080p video
  • 8 GB of internal storage plus a MicroSD slot
  • NFC capable
  • 1700 mAh removable battery
  • LTE capable on Verizon's expanding 4G LTE network
  • Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC Sense 4.0

The Droid Incredible 4G LTE will reportedly be available for $299.99 (rather high to be honest) in the coming weeks.

KitGuru says: I personally have the HTC Incredible S (the international version of the Droid Incredible 2) and absolutely love it. The Droid Incredible 4G LTE can only be better.
