Temperatures of a laptop are important, especially if you are using it on your knee. We are using diodes to measure temperatures today and we have attached 5 to the rear of the chassis to measure heat being passed through the materials.

Room ambient temperatures were maintained at 25c and Furmark was started in conjunction with a looped run of Prime. HD Tach was looped to keep the hard drive busy. This shows a total ‘worst case’ scenario.

The cooling system in this machine is very impressive – hot air is forced out the back and the underside remains quite cool at all times. Something we definitely were not expecting before we started gaming.
