This month’s Humble Bundle is all about benchmarking

The Humble Bundle is often a great place to get some deals on games and support charity. However, recently, there have been more and more ‘software' bundles coming and this month's focusses on PC benchmarking. If you have ever wanted to put your rig through its paces or see how much of a gain you are getting from an overclock, then the ‘PC lovers software bundle' may be of interest.

This Humble Bundle is running from today until the 28th of February and includes the following software:

  • PCMark 8 Advanced Edition.
  • VRMark Advanced Edition.
  • 3DMark.
  • AirParrot 2 (two-pack).
  • Backblaze Online Backup.
  • DAEMON Tools Pro 8.
  • Dashlane Premium.
  • EaseUS Partition Master Pro 11.9.
  • System Mechanic 16.5.

In all, this bundle is worth around $333. Given that this is a Humble Bundle, there are several tiers, by giving just $1, you will get access to EaseUS Partition Master, System Mechanic and AirParrot 2. If you ‘beat the average' donation, which sits at $4.97 at the time of writing, then you will also get access to Daemon Tools Pro, Backblaze Online backup and 3DMark.

Finally, if you want access to the entire list, then you can chip in $12, which also includes Dashlane, VRMark and PCMark 8. These are the full licensed versions of these benchmarks, so you won't be locked out of features and will have access to all the benchmark runs available. You can find the PC Lovers Humble Bundle, HERE.

KitGuru Says: We use programs like PCMark and 3DMark regularly for our graphics card and system reviews, so they are quite useful. How many of you guys benchmark for fun? Which benchmarks do you frequently use?
