Corsair Vengeance 2000 Wireless 7.1 Gaming Headset Review

The Vengeance 2000 headset ships in retail packaging that displays the Corsair logo, with the name of the product highlighted at the bottom of the box. Corsair have made the packaging more attractive by including a plastic window at the right side of the box. There is also a small cutout in the centre, showcasing the USB wireless connector.

On the side of the box, Corsair has provided all of the technical specifications of the headset and have done so in a variety of languages, which caters nicely for the international market.

To the rear of the packaging, you will find some general information about the headset, including some of its features, such as the 10 hour battery life & microfibre-covered memory foam earpads.

The headphones are safely stored in a plastic shroud, which protects them from any potential shipping damage and the wireless USB stick is located firmly the centre, so that it cannot easily dislodge or fall out.

Bundled with the headset are; a Wireless USB adapter, a 1.5m USB extension cable, a 1.5m USB charging cable, a Quick Start Guide, Safety Leaflet & Warranty Card. Corsair have not included a driver CD with the headset to ensure that the user will download the latest version from their website.
