Galaxy GTX 460 GC 768MB Review

Rating: 8.5.

Over the past few months KitGuru has looked at several different GTX 460 models leaving very little room for surprises; but today thanks to NewEgg.ca we have the Galaxy GTX 460 768MB  card on our bench and ready to rock. This card has at least one unique feature, a removable fan.  The fact that the fan can be removed is a bonus because it lets us easily clean dust from the heatsink that Galaxy uses to cool the card.

Galaxy have provided a custom designed GTX 460 using top-grade components like solid capacitors, so users get a high-performing quality product, not just a sticker on a reference model. Each card is tested in a static-free, factory environment by experienced technicians to ensure the only those cards that meet the “Galaxy Clocked” standard can be overclocked.
