Antec unveils the new P120 Crystal Case

Antec has announced the new P120 Crystal, joining its Performance Series of chassis. With a visually appealing design, and plenty of support for radiators, this could appeal to those looking to build a custom loop.

The P120 Crystal mid-tower case supports E-ATX, ATX, micro-ATX and ITX motherboards. It has a dedicated PSU chamber at its top, alongside two drive cages. These two drive cages can take a single 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch drive, but there are another two 2.5-inch slots drive on the right side of the chassis. There's a total of ten expansion slots: seven horizontal slots and three vertical slots, ideal for the aluminium VGA holder that comes included for vertical GPU installation.

Measuring 475 x 232 x 480 mm, with 0.8mm steel panels and 1 mm tempered glass on both front and side panels, this is certainly an attractive case that could work well for custom water-cooled builds. With these dimensions, the P120 Crystal supports radiators with 120mm in the rear, 360mm radiator at the front, and another 360mm radiator by the side, all simultaneously if you so wish. Regarding GPU compatibility, it supports cards up to 450mm in length, while CPU air coolers can measure to 185mm in height, while PSUs must be no longer than 294 mm.

As for the cooling aspect of the case, it supports up to three 120mm or two 240mm fans on the side of the case, and three 120mm or 140mm fans on the bottom. On the other hand, it only supports a single 120mm or 140mm fan on the rear. There are also two dust filters: one on the side and another on the bottom.

To access to the inside of the case, Antec uses its slide button design where the “hinged side panel made of tempered glass enables easy access and hassle-free set-up”. For connectivity, we have “two USB 3.0 slots with white LED effect”, an audio jack, and the usual Power and Reset buttons on the front bezel of the case.

Antec P120 Crystal is available now, priced at £94.99.
