Deepcool announces the dual-fan Gammaxx 400 Pro CPU cooler

Deepcool has added a new model to its Gammaxx 400 series of CPU coolers. Dubbed the Gammaxx 400 Pro, this cooler is very similar to the other models in the range, with the biggest difference being the addition of a second LED fan to aid heat dissipation

Besides the addition of a second fan, Deepcool has also increased the heatsink surface area by 20%, compared to the single-fan models, through the addition of more fins, with the heatsink now sporting 56 fins. This improves the cooling performance of the Gammaxx 400 Pro without increasing its size or sacrificing RAM compatibility.

The 2x 120mm PWM fans use blue LEDs to improve aesthetics and hydro-bearing. Deepcool states these fans can generate up to 64.5 CFM of airflow thanks to the fan speed ranging between 500~1650±10% RPM, and have an air pressure of 2.1mmAq. The rated maximum noise level of these fans is below 27.8 dBA

Featuring 4x 6mm copper heat pipes “specifically positioned” to dissipate the heat generated by the CPU, this cooler uses Core Touch Base technology to “dissipate heat more efficiently”. The heatsink has a black cover mounted on top of it, designed to sit flush next to the black frames of the included fans.

Measuring 129×103×157.5mm (LxWxH) with both fans on, the Gammaxx 400 Pro can be mounted on Intel LGA1200/1151/1150/1155/1366 and AMD AM4/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2/FM2+/FM2/FM1 sockets. This cooler also comes with a set of new mounting tools which Deepcool claims should make installation even easier.

Pricing and availability has not yet been disclosed. You can learn more about the Gammaxx 400 Pro CPU cooler HERE.
