HTC One X+ to be a modest upgrade over current model

Specifications of the HTC One X+ have been leaked by a reliable member of the XDA-Developers community, Football. If his information is correct, then the updated One X+ model will be a modest upgrade over the current One X flagship.

It will include a slightly higher clocked NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor running at 1.6 GHz, with the ability to boost to 1.7 GHz for lightly threaded operations. It will also supposedly run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with HTC Sense 4.5. Other specifications will likely stay the same as the current model, including a 4.7 inch 720p display, 32 GB of non-expandable storage, 1 GB of RAM and the same uni-body polycarbonate design.

The One X+ will likely be an interim Android flagship until next generation devices are announced early next year. We should find out more about HTC's One X+ at the company's press conference on September 12.

KitGuru says: The One X+ appears to be a nice interim flagship for HTC.
