Audeze introduce the Penrose wireless gaming headset series

Audeze has launched a new line of wireless headsets targeting console and PC gamers. The Audeze Penrose line is designed with potential Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 users in mind with an audiophile-grade design.

The new Penrose series is the latest addition to the Audeze headset range that already includes the high-end LCD-GX and the Mobius 3D Surround Sound PC gaming headsets. Penrose wireless gaming headsets are equipped with the company’s 100mm planar magnetic drivers and a broadcast quality mic which is perfect for high-quality chat and streaming.

Audeze Penrose headsets connect via 2.4 GHz low-latency lossless wireless connection allowing users to experience perfect audio quality and reliable wireless functionality. A flexible microphone boom offers effortless adjustment while built-in noise reduction claims to filter out up to 20db of background noise so that players can clearly communicate with teammates.

A USB dongle that comes bundled with the Penrose wireless headset will support connection to Xbox Series X and PS5 consoles when they release later this year, as well as offering compatibility with current-generation consoles and PCs too. Penrose can also be connected to mobile devices via Bluetooth 5.0, both wireless and Bluetooth can be activated simultaneously for customisation of sound settings in real-time.

The Audeze Penrose wireless headset is available to order now from the Audeze website for a limited promotional price of £249. There are two versions of the headset available, Penrose for PS4, PS5 and Windows/Mac as well as Penrose X for Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Windows PC.
