Photoshop gets airing on iPad 2

It is hard to escape the iPad on a daily basis, and Adobe clearly feel that there is a good money making potential for Photoshop on the tablet.

The Photoshop for the iPad was demonstrated yesterday at the Photoshop World Conference and Photography Bay posted a video which highlights some rather impressive image editing abilities, far in advance of anything yet available on the tablet.

Obviously with this being a tablet version there will be limitations, but could this prove idea for editors on the move? The short demo shows the ability to create composites of several images using layers and masks drawn with a few finger swipes.

KitGuru says: Right now it is still early days and Adobe haven't released a pricing model or date of availability for the final version, but you can be sure it will cost a lot more than the array of photo editors already on the Apple App Store.
