Despite the fact that Kaspersky has been dealing with threats for more than 13 years, KitGuru spies have smuggled footage to HQ which proves categorically that its security was completely exposed by one of the oldest hacks we know. KitGuru dons night vision goggles to explain.

Kaspersky is arguably the expert's choice. Other AV vendors would argue, no doubt, but Kaspersky's East-Bloc sounding name is backed by a team of experts that have been working on exposing, analysing and neutralizing IT threats for more than a decade. Along the way, we have amassed a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge about malware and how to deal with it.

So how was all of that security bypassed in seconds?

Kaspersky's security claims were like a Red Bull to a wino

Kaspersky's Distree XXL party at Monte Carlo should have been a secure affair, yet within seconds the security was bypassed by legendary hack, Mike Magee (original founder of some sites you may have heard of like The Register and The Inquirer).

Those who claim to know, say that Mike was originally a decorated special forces agent. KitGuru can't be sure.

What we can say, without a shadow of a doubt, was that ‘Mad' Mike Magee was attacked once by a huge Jaguar, and (using nothing but computer mags for defence) he survived to tell the tail.

Once inside, he was seen engaged in various acts of espionage – moving to and fro without the slightest attempt from Kaspersky security forces to stop him.

Mad Mike Mageek was seen pumping the head of Serbian Security for information

We can't be sure if it was Mike's stature or advanced training in hand-to-hand drinking that allowed him to escape detection, but he was finally seem stumbling in the direction of a typewriter around mid-night. Expect exposes on his new site, TechEye shortly.

KitGuru says: It's nice to see a legend in the flash, but couldn't it have been Pammy Anderson?
