Sharkoon's latest case is the REV220, forming part of the REV series. Using a similar chassis to the REV200, the main difference between the two lies in the front panel, which, for the REV220, is solid and comes with an RGB LED strip instead of a tempered glass panel.

Just like the REV200, the REV220 uses the same internal configuration. The motherboard is mounted 90º to the right, delivering an “unconventional” look through the right side tempered glass panel. Of course, this means the I/O and expansions slots are also offset by 90º. Other features in common with the REV200 case include the mesh grille cover on top, 5x pre-installed fans, the PSU shroud and a “cable compartment under the top panel”.

The front panel has a carbon fibre look and an RGB lighting around the central plate, lending a “colourful touch to the front of the case”. The tempered glass panel on the right side is attached through screw fittings on the back, avoiding the use of screws on the glass itself. The two ARGB fans mounted on the rear of the case can be connected to the included RGB controller. Additionally, you can synchronise the ARGB fans through most motherboards' RGB software. If your motherboard isn”t compatible, you can use one of the 14 lighting modes that the included RGB controller offers.

Measuring 480x215x485mm (LxWxH), the REV220 supports Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, and ATX motherboards, graphics cards up to 323mm long, CPU coolers with a height of up to 165mm, and PSUs up to 200mm long. There's also 7x expansion slots, 2x 2.5-inch drive bays behind the motherboard tray, and a removable cage placed within the PSU shroud with support for 2x 3.5-inch drive bays and 2x 2.5-inch drive bays.

The front I/O panel offers 2x USB-A 3.0, 2x USB-A 2.0 and a 3.5mm audio jack. The front panel also supports up to 3x 120mm fans or 2x 140mm fans, while the back panel supports up to 2x 120mm fans or 2x 140mm fans. Radiator support allows you to install a 120/140/240/280/360mm radiator on the front and a 120/140/240mm radiator at the rear.

The Sharkoon REV220 case is available now for €107.00. You can learn more about it HERE.
