Bandai Namco announces Anime Expo Showcase

Bandai Namco is no stranger to anime, with the publisher being responsible for so many of the biggest video game adaptations of popular shows such as Naruto, Dragon Ball, One Piece and so many more. The publisher has now announced that they will be hosting a games showcase at Anime Expo this weekend, featuring “Big Reveals.”

Making the announcement via a press release, Bandai Namco said “The Bandai Namco Summer Showcase panel returns this year, once again bringing together top anime game makers from Japan to deliver a barrage of news and reveals.”

Some of the games set to be shown off were announced, including “exciting developments for hotly anticipated games based on NARUTO, SAND LAND, SWORD ART ONLINE, BATEN KAITOS, and more.”

The showcase itself will go live on the 2nd of July at 12:30am UK time and will run for roughly an hour and a half. The description for the showcase reads as follows:

“Time to power-up and get hyped for another Bandai Namco Summer Showcase! Come and be the first to see exciting announcements and game reveals, meet Bandai Namco game makers from Japan, and snag some sweet exclusive swag. The panel will be livestreamed via Anime Expo’s official Twitch [HERE].”
