Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls DLC characters revealed

Despite some issues on PC at launch, Marvel Tokon Fighting Souls is a really fun fighting game. With the launch period now behind them, the developers have now revealed the first batch of DLC characters joining the roster.

DLC characters will begin joining the Fighting Souls roster in November. Early next month, Phoenix Cyclops will roll out as the first member of the Year 1 DLC. Then later in ‘Winter', Jane Foster will arrive as the second DLC character. My guess would be that we'll be getting a new character every three months or so, which would put Jane Foster's release somewhere in February.

Venom will be added as a new character in the Spring, while Jubilee will follow in the Summer. Assuming all goes well, there could be a second year of DLC characters after that, but for now, this is everything planned.

Interestingly, none of the officially announced characters were mentioned in previous datamine leaks, so this has been a good surprise overall. If the same attention to detail goes into the new DLC characters as the ones in the main game, then they should each be a very fun addition. Arc System Works had an excellent run of DLC characters in Dragon Ball FighterZ, so I have no doubt they'll deliver again here.
