Chieftec launches Iceberg Pro AIO with added VRM + SSD cooling

Chieftec is stepping up its cooling lineup with the new ICEBERG PRO, a 360mm AIO aimed at high‑performance PC builds and distinguished by a rare addition – an integrated centrifugal fan designed to cool VRMs, M.2 SSDs and nearby memory modules.

While most AIOs focus solely on CPU thermals, the ICEBERG PRO takes a broader approach by actively cooling surrounding motherboard components. The centrifugal fan sits inside the pump housing and pushes airflow across the VRM area. The cooler pairs this with a performance‑optimised pump head and a 360mm radiator.

Chieftec’s Snap‑On Interlocking PWM fans aim to simplify installation by reducing cable clutter, making it easier to keep builds tidy. The radiator fans and VRM fan can reach up to 2200RPM, while the pump operates at up to 2700RPM via PWM control. The copper cold plate supports a wide range of Intel and AMD sockets, including LGA1851, LGA1700 and AM5, ensuring compatibility with current‑generation platforms.

The ICEBERG PRO Series is available in two finishes, an ARGB model with lighting across the pump and fans, and a DARK edition for users who prefer a stealthy build.

KitGuru Says: The integrated VRM fan is an uncommon feature and could appeal to users pushing high‑coreCPUs. Are you considering a 360mm AIO for your next upgrade?
