Dragon’s Dogma 2 PC mods give easy access to microtransaction items

We've already gone over Dragon's Dogma 2's microtransactions at length and it has been the subject of much debate online. Those with the game on PC can skirt around the paywalls though, with new mods allowing access to some of the purchasable items.

Most of the items found in the microtransaction list can already be found in-game, purchasable for gold earned in-game. Nobody should ever really need to buy any of these items. However, if you feel like you want them for an easier start, then PC players can use mods to obtain items.

As spotted by Eurogamer, the Crazy's Shop mod allows players to obtain all of the DLC items in-game in one convenient place. Another mod adds an Art of Metamorphosis tome to an early game merchant's inventory, so you can grab one quickly in your save, at a low price.

As you would expect, these mods are readily available on Nexus Mods. Other mods aim to make improvements to the game's CPU usage to reduce stuttering in towns and NPC-heavy areas, while others allow you to do things like update the game's version of DLSS 3, or tweak camera behaviour.

Insider claims Call of Duty could see a massive shake-up including no more annual releases

For pretty much its entire existence, Call of Duty has operated using a familiar model, with the FPS franchise seeing a brand new title released on an annual basis from one of the 3 core COD studios. While this has worked in the past, Black Ops 7 seems to have been a breaking point for some. According to known insiders, Microsoft is now considering a major shake-up, including a standalone Zombies game.
