Forspoken devs promise patch to improve ‘performance, graphics and playability’

Forspoken didn't have the best launch, with technical issues impacting the experience, particularly on PC. Fortunately, there is a big patch on the way, which will aim to improve performance, graphics quality, ‘playability' and more.

In an update this morning, Luminous Productions thanked players who have jumped into Forspoken so far. The studio goes on to confirm that it has seen the feedback and is working on an “upcoming patch that will include improvements to overall performance, graphics, playability, and general updates and fixes to the game content across PS5 and various PC hardware configurations”.

The statement ends with Forspoken director, Takeshi Aramaki, saying: “We are committed to making Forspoken the most enjoyable experience possible and will provide an update about the timing of the next patch as soon as possible”.

There is no exact timeline for this patch, but hopefully we'll get an update towards the end of the month or early March.
