Exoprimal x Street Fighter 6 announced with mecha Ryu and Guile

It has become increasingly common for game franchises to cross over with one another. One publisher which has taken full advantage of this in the past is Capcom. Continuing the trend, the publisher announced a surprisingly exciting collab between the recently released Street Fighter 6 and the upcoming 3rd-person dino shooter Exoprimal.

Announced during the Summer Game Fest Kick Off, Capcom teased an upcoming crossover between Street Fighter 6 and Exoprimal, saying “From the Fighting Grounds to the war games, Exoprimal x Street Fighter 6 customizations have been authorized for deployment in fall 2023.”

Few concrete details have been shared so far, but it seems as though both Street Fighter 6 and Exoprimal are set to receive content – with SF6 adding two cool-looking robotic skins for fan favourites Ryu and Guile and Exoprimal getting some kind of playable mechas in the form of the aforementioned characters.

Capcom owns so many iconic franchises, and so hopefully they continue to cross their characters over. Perhaps we could see Resident Evil x Street Fighter 6 next?

KitGuru says: What do you think of the crossover? Are you more interested in Exoprimal now? What other future Capcom crossovers would you like to see? Let us know down below.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
