Antec launches performance-focused P82 Silent chassis

This year is Antec's 35th Anniversary and to mark the ocassion, we have a new mid-tower case to look forward to – the Antec P82 Silent. As the name suggests, this case is designed to minimise noise, taking inspiration from the original P8 design and making improvements.

The Antec P82 Silent mid-tower case uses clean lines for a minimalist appearance, while the interior is designed to accomodate high-end PC components. There are ventilation stripes along the front panel, a built-in fan controller and two 120mm fans in the front as well as a 120mm rear fan for exhaust.

Measing in at 454mm x 215mm x 480mm (DxWxH), this case is compatible with up to ATX-sized motherboards and supports graphics cards up to 380mm long. There are two convertible tool-less 2.5-inch/3.5-inch drive cages and two additional 2.5-inch SSD mointing spaces, so there is plenty of room for storage.

While the case comes with three fans already, there is room to add more. The P82 Silent supports up to 3x 120mm or 140mm fans in the front, 3x 120mm or 2x 140mm fans in the roof and up to 1x 120mm or 140mm fan in the rear. For watercooling, you can fit up to a 360mm radiator in the front of the case.
