Nacon Connect now scheduled to happen next week

The next NACON Connect event had to be postponed earlier this year after the publisher hit financial issues. Those issues just resulted in RPG studio, Spiders, shutting down as of today. The publisher is looking to move on swiftly though, with the next showcase now scheduled for next week.

Nacon Connect will now take place on the 7th of May. As usual, the game announcements showcase will be hosted on the publisher's YouTube and Twitch channels, with the stream set to begin at 7PM UK time.

In a press release, Nacon said that there will be an evening of announcements for ambitious games, a preview of upcoming innovations for accessories and exclusive gameplay sequences for anticipated titles such as The Mound, Edge of Memories, Endurance Motorsport Series, and Hunter: The Reckoning – Deathwish.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
