EVGA’s CLC 120 and 280 liquid coolers aim to offer better flowrate and low noise

EVGA is now a player in the CPU liquid cooling market thanks to the launch of two new All-In-One units, the CLC 120 and CLC 280, aiming to offer high performance, low noise and robust software controls. The former features a single fan 120mm radiator, while the latter is a dual fan 280mm radiator.

Both of these AIO coolers are ‘built to perform', offering a new cooling block that is said to offer an improved flowrate as well as more efficient heat transfer thanks to increased surface area. As an added bonus, both coolers come with a backlit EVGA logo on top with RGB functionality, so you can have it flow and match the rest of your build. It can also link up to newer EVGA graphics cards so that you can sync colours across both components.

Both of these coolers come with new EVGA fans, which feature a curved housing to reduce noise level, along with unique fan blades designed to push more air. Teflon Nano Bearings are also included to ensure a good long lifespan. Finally, EVGA will be launching a software tool to help you control these AIO units, This software will give you full control over fan speed and fan curve, pump control and lighting so you can get the most cooling performance or adjust settings for lower noise output.

Both EVGA CLC CPU coolers will be available in the US immediately and elsewhere at a later date. The 120mm is priced at $89.99 while the 280mm is priced at $129.99. If you are planning on upgrading to a Ryzen CPU and AM4 motherboard in the coming months, then EVGA has you covered for that too, as the company will be offering free AM4 brackets to those who purchase.
