Cult-classic RTS returns to Steam 11 years after being delisted

Back in 2010, Eugen Systems launched its military RTS game R.U.S.E., published by Ubisoft. Unfortunately, the game was short-lived, as it was delisted from digital storefronts like Steam in 2015. Now, Eugen Systems is bringing the game back and has given it a surprise re-release on Steam.

After being unavailable digitally for years, Eugen Systems has been able to bring back its cult-classic RTS game. The Steam re-launch appears to have gone well, with recent reviews sitting at an ‘Overwhelmingly Positive' overall score.

This isn't just the 2010 game brought back as-is, Eugen Systems has given the game a number of updates to ensure it runs on modern systems and takes advantage of the latest hardware. The game is also Steam Deck compatible and all DLCs are now unlocked for free.

Anyone who already owned R.U.S.E. on Steam before it was delisted will continue to have access to the game and all of the latest updates.
