Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 DLC will explore Henry’s blacksmithing roots

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 launched earlier this year to wide critical acclaim. The sequel to one of the best medieval RPGs of the generation is about to get even bigger too, as the next expansion has been announced.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 – Legacy of the Forge is the latest DLC for the game. Developed by Warhorse Studios, the new DLC expands the in-game story by exploring the past of Henry's dad, who died during the opening of the first game.

Aside from the new questline to expand on Henry's backstory, this new DLC also adds other key new features. Forge-based crafting will be added to the game, allowing Henry to become a master blacksmith. The DLC also adds home customisation, so you can decorate your own medieval homestead with over 100 million customisation options.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Legacy of the Forge launches on the 9th of September. If you own the season pass, you'll get access on day-one. If you buy the DLC on its own, it will cost £10.
