Sharkoon has entered the CPU air cooling market with its new A series, comprising of three models: the A40, A50, and A60. These tower-style coolers are available in matte black, with or without RGB lighting, and white with RGB, offering a range of aesthetic choices.

The new Sharkoon A-series can be divided into single-tower models, such as the A40 and A50, and dual-tower models, like the A60. All three models feature copper heat pipes in direct contact with the CPU, with the A40 using four heat pipes, the A50 five, and the A60 six. The A40 and A50 are sized the same, with 120x72x153 mm, while the A60, due to its dual-tower design, is slightly larger at 120x125x156 mm. The coolers are rated for Thermal Design Power (TDP) values of 220W (A40), 230W (A50), and 260W (A60).

All Sharkoon A-series coolers utilize fluid dynamic bearing fans. However, while the A40 and A50 feature a single fan, the AA60 comes equipped with two, as is common for dual-tower coolers. Notably, only one fan in the dual-fan A60 RGB Black/White configuration offers RGB illumination.

These fans feature nine blades and a 4-pin PWM connection for precise speed control. They operate within a speed range of 500-1,800 RPM, delivering a maximum airflow of 121.55 m³/h, a static pressure of 2.90 mm H₂O, and a maximum noise output of 30 dB(A).

The Sharkoon A-series CPU coolers offer wide CPU socket compatibility, supporting Intel LGA1851/1700/1200/1150/1151/1155/1156/1356/1366/2011/2066 and AMD Socket AM5/AM4/AM3/AM2/FM1/FM2 CPUs.
