GTA Online will get free graphics upgrade in 2025

Back in 2022, Rockstar released Grand Theft Auto V: Expanded and Enhanced for Xbox Series X/S and PS5 consoles. Some of the graphical enhancements enabled in the campaign were also added to GTA Online. Unfortunately, this version of the game never came to PC, but the GTA Online enhancements might finally make their way over.

In a recent blog post, Rockstar confirmed plans to bring features like Ray-Tracing, extended draw distance, upgraded textures, denser traffic and more to GTA Online on PC.

The update will be arriving as a free update to GTA Online, so you won't have to buy a new edition of the game.

2025 is already set to be a big year for Rockstar, as the studio plans to release Grand Theft Auto 6 in the second half of the year. The game is expected to launch on Xbox Series X/S and PS5 first, with a PC release coming at a later date.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
