October’s Humble Choice line-up includes Atomic Heart; System Shock and more

Each month, all those with a Humble Choice membership are able to get their hands on 8 or so titles as part of the company’s Choice subscription service. For the month of October, Humble is offering a pretty solid selection of games, including the likes of Atomic Heart; V Rising and the System Shock Remake.

Available to add to your library from now until the end of October, this month’s Humble Choice line-up features the following:

  • Atomic Heart
  • V Rising
  • System Shock Remake
  • Cryptmaster
  • Story of Seasons Pioneers of Olive Town
  • Shogun Showdown
  • Hotel Renovator
  • Caravan Sandwitch

The standout title for October is Atomic Heart, an alternate-history action-adventure FPS RPG inspired by the likes of BioShock (and System Shock before it).

Developed by the studio Mundfish (who are currently working on the first-person survival horror ‘ILL’), Atomic Heart launched back in 2023 to solid reviews and strong sales – leading to the announcement of a sequel just weeks following its release.

Beyond this, V Rising is an isometric PvPvE multiplayer survival RPG which sees you play as a vampire, necessitating the consumption of blood while avoiding daylight – among many other survival elements.

Launching in Early Access back in 2022 (with the full release arriving two years later), the game was met with a great deal of positivity – currently sitting at an 89% rating on Steam.

As always, a portion of your subscription’s proceedings will go towards charity, with this month’s being the WDC: “The leading global charity dedicated to the conservation and protection of whales and dolphins.”
