Amazon is integrating Luna cloud gaming with the Prime Video app

Amazon is expanding the reach of its Luna cloud gaming service. Starting this week, Luna will be integrated directly into the Prime Video app on Fire TV devices in the US and UK, giving Prime members a new way to discover and play games without needing separate hardware or downloads.

According to Amazon, the goal is to reduce friction for players who may not own a console or gaming PC. Prime Video will now include a Games tab, allowing users to launch Luna titles instantly using either a controller or a smartphone. Luna is included with Prime at no additional cost, and Amazon says the integration is designed to make games as easy to find as films and TV shows already available on the platform.

Prime members will gain access to a rotating library of Luna titles, including games like Hogwarts Legacy, EA Sports FC 26, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, and party games such as Clue, Ticket to Ride, and Taboo. Amazon also highlighted new tie‑ins that allow users to watch a film or series and then jump into a related Luna game on the same screen, such as Masters of the Universe: Legends Unite or Courtroom Chaos: Starring Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Amazon says this is just the first step in a broader expansion for Luna. More devices, supported regions, and additional games will be announced in the months ahead as the company continues to build out its entertainment ecosystem.
