NZXT launches new S5 RGB and S5 RGB Deluxe mid‑tower cases

NZXT is bringing back its S‑series with two new compact ATX mid‑towers, the S5 RGB and S5 RGB Deluxe. Both models share the same steel chassis and dual tempered‑glass design, with the Deluxe adding extra pre‑installed RGB cooling.

The S5 RGB uses a steel frame with tempered glass across the front and left side, while a steel mesh panel handles the right‑side intake. NZXT includes removable PVC mesh filters at the top and bottom, tool‑less panels, and modern front I/O with USB‑C, two USB‑A ports and a headset jack. Inside, the case supports ATX, Micro‑ATX and Mini‑ITX motherboards, graphics cards up to 415mm, CPU coolers up to 162mm and PSUs up to 200mm. Up to 10 fans can be installed, with radiator support up to 360mm on the top.

Cooling is the main difference between the two variants. The standard S5 RGB ships with a single 360mm single‑frame RGB reverse fan on the right‑side intake. The S5 RGB Deluxe adds two more pre‑installed fans, including a 120mm RGB reverse fan in the angled bottom mount and a 120mm RGB fan at the rear, bringing the total to five fans.

Both models come in all‑white or all‑black finishes and carry a two‑year warranty. Pricing starts at £49.90/$49.99/€59.90 for the S5 RGB, while the S5 RGB Deluxe is priced at £59.90/$59.99/€69.90. Availability is expected within 1–2 weeks.
