The world leading motherboard brand ASRock announced today to organize 2012 Global OC Competition with Futuremark®, the creators of the world’s most popular benchmarks and PC performance tests. This worldwide competition requires participants to submit their highest 3DMark 11 Test score by overclocking their CPU. All entries are demanded to use ASRock Sandy Bridge or Sandy Bridge-E motherboards and Intel® 2nd Generation Core processors or Intel® Core i7 Extreme processors.
To be eligible for the contest, participants need to upload their 3DMark 11 Test score to 3D Mark.com and then get a great chance to win the top prize which is worth 3,000 dollars! The total prize is worth up to 13,000 dollars, which makes it one of the largest OC tournaments in recent years.
The contest includes two events: Sandy Bridge-E and Sandy Bridge platform.
