Thermal Grizzly continues to expand its liquid-cooling line-up with the ROG Astral RTX 5080 DeltaMate GPU block – featuring borosilicate glass for the first time.
The block retains the series’ core features, including 0.2mm microfins, full‑metal construction with an illuminated viewing window, and cooling coverage for all VRAM and VRM components. It can be configured with either a two‑port direct terminal or a four‑port pass‑through terminal, both made from brass. Thermal paste, pads and putty are included.
The use of Schott BOROFLOAT glass provides scratch resistance, UV stability and compatibility with alcohol‑based cleaning agents, addressing limitations common to acrylic windows. Internally, the block uses a two‑piece copper coldplate design: a dedicated core coldplate for the GPU and a separate VRM/VRAM coldplate. Both are milled from copper, blasted for surface uniformity and nickel‑plated. The 0.2 mm fin structure reaches a total surface area of 13,440 mm².
The DeltaMate GPU Block – ROG Astral RTX 5080 is available now through the Thermal Grizzly online store at an MSRP of €549.90.
