Yeah, because suing the NSA fixed the problem… As the article states, this isn’t the first time.. I doubt it will very well be the last. Big brother government doesn’t seem to follow the same rules as everybody else. Most State governments seem to be the only ones who want to help these issues rather than make them… probably could be because of the funding differences as well. Federal’s endless supply vs the state’s limited supply. One can afford lawsuits and the other avoids them at all costs.
