Phanteks launches G6000 STRIX water block for ASUS ROG RX 6800/6900 GPUs

It's a big day for Phanteks, not only is the company launching the brand new Eclipse P200A ITX case, but there is also a new Glacier waterblock on the way for ASUS ROG Strix AMD GPUs, delivering more options for liquid cooling enthusiasts.

The Phanteks Glacier G6000 STRIX is a high-performance GPU water block for ASUS ROG STRIX TUF RX 6800 and RX 6900 graphics cards. The block comes with a nickel-plated copper base, clear acrylic top and a black or chrome aluminium cover for clean aesthetics. There is also a matching backplate to keep the back of your GPU cool.

The block has a 6mm copper base and a large fin area to transfer heat with reduced flow resistance, enabling better cooling performance. All critical components, including the GPU, VRAM, VRM and PWM controllers are directly cooled by the copper base and the aluminium backplate.

Of course, Phanteks doesn't skip on the RGB either, with the G6000 STRIX block featuring D-RGB lighting, which is compatible and can sync with other Phanteks D-RGB accessories. This block will be available starting this month, starting at £159.99 for the Black Anodised version and going up to £169.99 for the Chrome version. With the backplate included, those prices jump to £179.99 for the black version and £189.99 for the chrome version.
