A relatively easy engine to power, even at 4K. The R9 290X Tri-X OC 8GB delivers an average of 55 frames per second – while the GTX980 Ti produces 78 frames per second, at reference clock speeds. This increases to 89 frames per second when we overclock to 1349mhz.
