Klevv introduces new ROG-certified DDR5 memory kits

Klevv expands its roster of ROG-certified DDR5 memory this week with the new CRAS V RGB modules, available with speeds up to 7200MT/s.

When paired with a compatible Asus ROG motherboard, the CRAS V RGB ROG-certified DDR5 memory can achieve a clock rate of 7400 MT/s (CAS latency increases from 34 to 36) for some extra oomph. This, however, should also be possible with motherboards from other manufacturers, even if you have to do it manually.

Inspired by Klevv's CRAS V RGB series design, which secured the Reddot and iF Design Awards in 2024, this special edition memory features a dual-tone black-and-white colour scheme with an RGB light array on top. The cooling design features an efficient 2-mm-thick aluminium heatsink with a 44-mm-low clearance to cool the modules and ensure stability.

Other features of these modules include a built-in PMIC, precise temperature sensor, 10-layer PCB architecture, and on-die ECC. Moreover, they're validated with optimised settings right out of the box, support Intel XMP 3.0 and AMD EXPO (should have lower speeds than XMP profiles) for one-click overclocking, and come with a lifetime warranty. The CRAS V RGB ROG-certified DDR5 will be available in the UK and Europe in August 2024.
