Split Fiction, the latest game from Hazelight Studios, is just around the corner. In preparation for launch, the studio has now revealed detailed PC system requirements for the game. While higher than the likes of A Way Out and It Takes Two, the minimum specs required are very reasonable.
Hazelight Studios and its leader, Josef Fares, are well known for their co-op focused games. Back in 2021, It Takes Two ended up winning the Game of the Year award, and No Way Out made waves thanks to its consumer-friendly co-op pass, allowing players to invite a friend to join them in the game online without having to buy two copies. The Friend Pass returns for Split Fiction, so you only have to buy one copy of the game and then you and one other person can play through it all, whether you are doing so online or in couch co-op.
The minimum PC requirements for Split Fiction includes:
- CPU: Intel Core i5-6600k or AMD Ryzen 5 2600k
- RAM: 16GB
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 – 4GB or AMD Radeon RX 470 – 4GB
- Storage: 85GB
The recommended PC requirements for Split Fiction includes:
- CPU: Intel Core i7-11700k or AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
- RAM: 16GB
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 – 8GB or AMD Radeon 6700 XT – 12GB
- Storage: 85GB
The minimum requirements target 1080p/30FPS with low settings, while the recommended requirements are for 1440p/60FPS at High settings.
Split Fiction will be available on PC, PS5 and Xbox starting from the 6th of March.
