HTC have been showcasing their ‘Glamour Red’ version of the popular One smartphone. The HTC One was already available in traditional Black and silver versions, but the red model will certainly appeal to a more flamboyant user base. Reports from the Far East point to a Blue version also planned for the near future.
The Glamour Red version of the HTC One will be released in mid July and will be sold in the UK via Phone4U. It will be released in other countries shortly afterward. The unlocked price of the HTC One Glamour Red will be around the £500 mark.
We do like the HTC One camera, the company have incorporated the ‘UltraPixel’ camera which delivers good results. There is also a 2.1 megapixel front camera and it is all powered by a 2,300 mAh battery.
The HTC One is a powerful smartphone featuring the 1.7GHZ Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor with 2GB of memory. It has a 4.7 inch screen with a true 1080p display. It sports Wi-Fi 802.11a/ac/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, GPS, Infrared and Micro USB connectivity – running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The company use their Sense UI on the phone.
