Fans unearth evidence that Persona 4 Reload is on the way

Atlus had a huge 2024 thanks to Persona 3 Reload and its latest new IP, Metaphor: ReFantazio. Sega's prized RPG studio isn't slowing down either, as evidence has surfaced that Persona 4 Reload is due to be announced.

As spotted by ScrambledFaz, the domain p4re.jp has now been registered. This same thing took place two years ago when the official website for Persona 3 Reload was registered. Within months of that registration discovery, the game was officially announced.

Assuming this is not a domain registration hoax, as we've seen notable examples of in the past, then that would indicate that Sega plans to announce Persona 4 Reload this Summer, followed by an early 2026 release date.

This could also mean that Persona 6 is still some ways off from release. If Sega is bold enough to release two Persona games in one year, then we'd likely see Persona 4 Reload in early 2026, followed by Persona 6 closer to the holiday season.

KitGuru Says: Given how successful Persona 3 Reload was, I would be surprised if we didn't see Persona 4 get similar treatment. While Persona 5 is the newest game in the series, the general consensus amongst fans is that Persona 4 had the best combination of story and characters.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
