Samsung set to announce at least three Android tablets at MWC

While Mobile World Congress is still a month away, the rumours and leaks are already flowing at a steady pace. The latest involves Samsung's upcoming Android tablets. It will likely include a 7 and 10.1 inch Galaxy Tab 3, a mystery tablet known only as ‘Roma' and the previously leaked Galaxy Note 8.0.

‘Roma' is expected to be a high-end Android tablet is expected to feature similar specifications to the company's Nexus 10, however it is likely to include Samsung's TouchWiz interface over the stock Android interface. The device is currently pencilled in for a first half release in 16 and 32 GB models.

Exact specifications for the Galaxy Tab 3 series, codenamed as Santos, is unknown but expect mid-range Android tablets layered with Samsung's TouchWiz interface. Like the current Tab 2 series there will be Wi-Fi only and 3G and Wi-Fi offerings.

The Galaxy Tab 3 and Roma tablets will more than likely be unveiled at Mobile World Congress at the end of next month.
