Ni no Kuni team to announce new game later this month

Level-5 is a Japanese game developer known best for their work on the Professor Layton and Ni no Kuni series. With the team currently developing Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road and FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time, Level-5 have now announced an online showcase – featuring “a brand new title.”

Making the announcement on their website, the team at Level-5 said “Tune in on Tuesday, September 24th, 9pm (JST) [1PM UK Time] for our online event ‘LEVEL5 VISION 2024 TO THE WORLD’S CHILDREN’ on YouTube, featuring the latest information on LEVEL5 titles.”

Going into further details, the team confirmed that viewers will get a look at their two upcoming and previously-announced games, the sports-RPG ‘Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road’ as well as the role-playing life simulation title ‘FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time’.

Interestingly, the team also revealed that they plan to “announce a brand new title” at the event – a surprise given their current workload and the lengthy delays of Inazuma Eleven.

Still, with a ton of recognisable and well-loved IPs under their belt – including but not limited to the above franchises as well as Dark Cloud and Yokai Watch – Level-5 have certainly earned the attention of many players.
