Until Dawn Remake cutscene hints at sequel

We already knew that the Until Dawn Remake would have some new scenes added in. Now that early physical copies of the game have arrived with those who pre-ordered, we know a bit more about the extent of the changes. For starters, the ending has been updated, and it hints at a sequel.

The new ending for Until Dawn Remake has leaked. The new ending contains two new cutscenes, the first sheds some extra light on what happens to Josh, while the second takes place in the future, years after the events of the game, hinting at a potential sequel.

Of course, whether or not we get an Until Dawn 2 will largely depend on how well the remake sells. EA's fantastic Dead Space Remake also teased a future for the series, but due to lower-than-expected sales, those plans were quickly shelved.

The Until Dawn Remake is launching today for PS5 and for the first time, PC.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
