Shrek x PowerWash Simulator arrives next month

Last month, the team at FuturLab officially announced the next crossover DLC coming to PowerWash Simulator with the Shrek Special Pack. No release date was given at the time, however, it has now been announced that players can get stuck into Shrek’s swamp early next month.

Publishing a new trailer to YouTube, the team at FuturLab officially announced the release date for PowerWash Simulator x Shrek, saying: “From Duloc to Far Far Away, travel to enchanted lands with our new Shrek Special Pack, coming to PowerWash Simulator on October 10th.”

The DLC, which will likely cost £6.50, includes 5 new levels to tackle; a custom knight washer player model / skin; and last but not least 10 new achievements/trophies.

PowerWash Simulator has had a ton of major crossovers since its launch back in 2022, including but not limited to Final Fantasy VII; SpongeBob Square Pants; Tomb Raider; and Warhammer 40,000.

It’ll be interesting to see what other random IP power washers will be tasked with cleaning next.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
