Deadpool & Wolverine to crossover with Fortnite and MWIII

Deadpool and Wolverine is the next major film set to come out of Marvel Studios, with the MCU entry being one of the most hyped in a while. Aligning with the film’s upcoming release, it appears as though the X-Men characters are set to make appearances across multiple games.

As reported by IGN, Call of Duty dataminers have discovered files which seem to hint at an upcoming Deadpool & Wolverine crossover coming to Modern Warfare III and the free-to-play Warzone. With the game’s 5th season beginning on the 24th of July and the film set to premiere on the 26th, the timing does work out quite nicely.

Deadpool and Wolverine appear to be sharing the love, as according to known Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR, recent meetings between Deadpool’s Ryan Renolds, Wolverine’s Hugh Jackman and a number of Fortnite content creators seem to suggest that Epic Game’s behemoth battle royale will likely also be getting some sort of crossover – nothing new for Marvel and Fortnite.

As mentioned, Deadpool & Wolverine is a major release for Disney/Marvel, and so it makes sense that they are doing all they can to attract as wide an audience as possible.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
