Dying Light: The Beast teased for Gamescom reveal

Techland has been keeping busy since launching Dying Light 2, supporting the game for all owners with many free updates, as well as a few paid DLCs. Now, Techlands' next major project could be on the horizon, and a new teaser points to a Gamescom reveal tomorrow.

Last week, we learned that Techland had filed a trademark for ‘Dying Light: The Beast'. While the company has not publicly acknowledged this project, a new teaser posted by Gamescom includes a suitably spooky teaser trailer with the tagline ‘The Beast is Coming'.

It isn't confirmed that this is related to Dying Light: The Beast, but Geoff Keighley did tell fans asking for a ‘real' non live-action trailer to “tune in” during Gamescom. This shouldn't necessarily be taken as fact, as Keighley has gotten himself into some hot water with some misleading teasers in the past to drum up hype for his live shows.

Gamescom: Opening Night Live takes place tomorrow, promising plenty of new game announcements, as well as updates on previously announced titles like Marvel Rivals.
