Season 1 of Suicide Squad arrives later this month

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has not had the best launch, with fans of developer Rocksteady lamenting the move to a live-service model, alongside many creative downgrades compared to their previous work. Being a live service title however, the game is set to get a string of new content, with Season 1 officially launching later this month.

Teasing Season 1’s arrival, the team at Rocksteady officially announced the release date for Kill the Justice League’s first major update, saying “Get ready for Season 1! The jokes are coming March 28, HA!”

The announcement is of course in reference to The Joker, who will be the first new playable character arriving post-launch alongside Season 1.

It was already known that Joker would be the first new character, with Rocksteady detailing his unique moves and mechanics back in January of this year – the full details of which can be found HERE.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
